During this time it is alleged he set fire to bins, wooden pallets, a boat and several vehicles at various locations.The 36-year-old man from Morley has been charged with:• Nine counts of Criminal Damage by Fire; • One count of Wilfully Attempt to Light a Fire.He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 27 October 2021.
